Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Alke (the “Service”), operated by Joven Kemp. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Alke is a voice-first assistant that helps you log and review your fitness and health information, including data you choose to import from Garmin Connect. The Service is provided to help you organise and understand your own data.

2. Not medical advice

Alke is a personal wellness and productivity tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for professional healthcare. Always consult a qualified health professional about medical decisions. Do not disregard professional advice because of something Alke tells you.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to access other users’ data, disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

5. Third-party connections

When you connect a third-party account such as Garmin Connect, your use of that service remains subject to that provider’s own terms and privacy policy. You may disconnect it at any time.

6. Availability & changes

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
